A formal purchase order is required for all transactions. First-time customers must prepay their full order, including shipping. Pricing, availability, and payment terms may change without notice. All product sizes are based on cut fabric; finished dimensions may vary slightly (within ½").
Customers are responsible for reviewing all electronic proofs carefully. Once artwork is approved, Visual Textile Resource cannot be held responsible for typographical or design errors. Dye lots may vary from batch to batch; color consistency is not guaranteed.
All shipments are FOB Paterson, NJ and are insured for their declared value. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier; Visual Textile Resource is not liable for carrier delays. A drop-ship fee applies when shipping to more than four addresses. Any changes to the shipping address or method must be submitted at least one business day prior to shipment.
Once proof approval is given, orders cannot be cancelled. If a proof has been created but not approved, cancellations are subject to a $50 fee. Orders on hold for more than 60 days due to missing customer information will be cancelled and charged a $50 fee. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be reported promptly.
