Terms & Conditions

• Purchase Orders: A formal purchase order is necessary for all transactions.
• Payment Terms: Payment for all orders must be made via credit card in advance unless credit terms have previously been agreed upon.
• First Orders: New customers must prepay their first order in full, including shipping costs.
• Pricing and Terms: Prices and payment terms are subject to adjustment at any time without prior notification.
• Product Sizes: Listed sizes apply to cut fabric only; finished products may deviate slightly but are considered acceptable if within ½ inch.
• Typographical Errors: Responsibility for typographical mistakes in graphics lies with the client, who must examine electronic proofs carefully.
• Dye Lot Variations: Visual Textile Resource disclaims any responsibility for differences in fabric dye lots.
• Delivery Delays: Visual Textile Resource is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• Drop Ship Fee: An additional $4 per address fee applies for drop shipments to more than four locations.
• Shipping Changes: Changes to the shipping method or address must be communicated at least one day before the scheduled shipment date.
• FOB Location: The point of shipment is Paterson, NJ.
• Insurance: All shipments will be insured for their declared value, regardless of the payment method

 Cancellations & Returns

• Proof Approval: Orders cannot be cancelled once proof approval has been given.
• Cancellation Fee: Orders can be cancelled with a $50 fee if a proof has been generated but not yet approved.
• Returns Policy: Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects.
• Orders on Hold: Orders not finalized within 60 days due to the customer's inability to provide necessary information will be cancelled, with a $50 fee applied.
